It is our business practice to offer employment to youths age 16 and over. Summer youth staff can apply for jobs including adventure park monitor and some food service positions. Winter positions available for youths age 16 & 17 include snowsports instructors, dishwashers, bussers and a limited number of rental shop attendants. Opportunities also exist for customer service staff and food cashiers, if the youth applicant has prior sales and cashiering experience. Work permits are required prior to hire for any youths under the age of 18.

Berkshire East is in search of energetic and enthusiastic people to join our awesome team in a variety of positions. Employment start dates and compensation is commensurate with experience. Many positions require a CORI background check. Weekend shifts are required in most positions.
